Our car rental service is focused mainly on Athens, Piraeus and Athens International Airport. It is suitable for travellers arriving in Athens for holidays or business, as well as for those who want their vehicle arranged in advance instead of relying on a last-minute rental solution.

 

This is not an online instant booking service. 

Car rental requests are handled personally through our office, by email or phone, so that availability, vehicle type, rental conditions and any additional requirements can be checked properly before confirmation.

We understand that different travellers have different needs. For this reason, we can assist with a range of vehicle options, including economy cars, family cars, minivans, jeeps, 4×4 vehicles and selected higher-category cars, depending on availability and the type of rental requested.

 

How the request works

• Send us your request with your rental dates, pickup and drop-off location, and the type of vehicle you need.
• Let us know whether you need pickup in Athens, Piraeus or Athens Airport.
• If relevant, tell us in advance if you require extras such as a second driver, GPS, child seats or snow chains.
• We review your request and reply with the available options and the applicable rental terms.
• Once agreed, the rental is confirmed through direct communication with our office.

Important note before requesting a vehicle

 

Our service is intended mainly for travellers who wish to arrange their car rental in advance. We do not operate as a last-minute or instant online car rental platform. Availability and prices are always subject to confirmation at the time your request is processed.

 

Main rental conditions

• The driver must hold a valid driving licence issued at least one year before the rental date.
• The driver must hold either a licence issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving licence.
• The minimum driver age is 23 years old.
• For certain vehicle categories, the minimum driver age is 25 years old.
• A credit card is required as a guarantee, even if payment is made in cash.
• The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours).
• Delays beyond the 24-hour rental period may be charged proportionally.
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
• Border crossing is not allowed.
• Transportation by ship is allowed under the driver’s responsibility.
• Pickup and return in different locations may be possible upon request and with extra charge.
• The company may, in special cases, need to change the vehicle type.
• Traffic fines and related consequences remain the responsibility of the renter.

Optional extras and additional services

• Second driver: available with extra charge
• GPS: available upon reservation
• Child safety seats: available upon reservation
• Snow chains: available upon reservation

These services are subject to availability and the applicable charges at the time of booking.

Insurance and rental coverage

 

Rental rates include:

• local taxes and VAT
• third-party insurance
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), with applicable excess depending on vehicle category

Additional coverage options, such as Super CDW and Theft Insurance, may also be available at extra charge, depending on the vehicle category.

Insurance does not cover:

• damage to tyres, windscreen, windows or the underside of the vehicle
• loss or theft of personal belongings left in the car
• damage caused during transportation by ship or other means
• incidents involving alcohol or intoxication
• accidents caused by a driver not declared in the rental agreement

Cancellation policy

• A reservation is confirmed after reply by email and a deposit may be required.
• In the current policy, a deposit of 25% may be charged and kept as guarantee.
• If cancellation is made 3 days or more before arrival, no cancellation fees apply and the deposit is returned.
• If cancellation is made less than 3 days before arrival, the deposit may be retained as cancellation fee.
• The remaining balance is processed in Greece upon arrival.
