• For ticket issuance, it is advisable to provide a passport or ID card copy, in order to avoid mistakes in passenger details.
• Before ticket issuance, if we send you the reservation details for review, you should check them carefully, especially the passenger name and travel date, and confirm to us that we may proceed.
• For web check-in, we may need the passenger’s passport or ID card details, depending on the airline and the destination.
• Passenger names must match the passport or ID exactly.
• Fares and availability may change until the tickets are actually issued.
• Baggage allowance depends on the airline and the fare selected.
• Ticket change and refund rules depend on the airline and the fare conditions.
• Web check-in is offered only where the airline allows it.
