1. Collect them from our head office, which is located in the port of Piraeus (main port of Athens), free of charge.
2. Receive them at your address by courier service, at your own expense, (please keep in mind the time needed for the delivery). Attention: If your tickets do not arrive within the mentioned time please contact us, as soon as possible so that we can track the tickets and speed up the delivery.
3. Pick them up from the port of departure, via the central office of the company which you selected for your trip. Receive them at your mobile smartphone or email. Contact us providing your reservation number and we will inform you from which travel agency you can collect your tickets for Greek ferries or we will do the web checkin procedure on your behalf.

Cancellation & Refund Policy, depends on the regulations of each ferry company and could vary from one to another.

• Tickets can only be cancelled in accordance with the following conditions, as you hold refundable tickets :

o Up to 15 days before departure (up to 30 days for Adriatic Sea Routes): 100% refund.
o Up to 8 days before departure: 75 % refund.
o Up to 24 hours before departure: 50 % refund or change the status of the ticket into OPEN.
o «Super Economy», early booking or tickets subject to any particular offer are non-refundable, non-changeable  (*only for «Super Economy»), after booking for any reason.

«Non-Show» : In case of traveller non-show, for any reason, no refund can be provided.

IMPORTANT : In order to receive any refund, the actual printed tickets including all the coupons, must be returned to us so that we can proceed to money refund :

• Our booking fee is non-refundable and, apart from the above-mentioned fees, a cancellation fee of 5 EUR per ticket is also applied. (VAT 24% included on all fees)

• If you request to change your printed tickets from 14 days to 48 hours before departure, you will have to receive your new tickets from our offices in Piraeus or arrange a courier delivery in Greece with us, because of the upcoming departure date.

• In case you have already received via courier the printed tickets that you wish to change, you must deliver them back to our office in Piraeus, in person or via mail or courier, in order to receive your new tickets.

Change & Cancellation requests are being processed only during office working hours. Please feel free to check working hours on our web site and consider that the office will remain closed on official public holidays in Greece. In case you make a request while the office is closed, it will not be handled when it is sent, but on the earliest date and time that our agents could handle the case according to the opening hours of our Office.

• Tickets can be changed only once and cannot be cancelled or changed again.

• Instead of cancelling your tickets, you can change them to OPEN status, 24 hours prior to the departure time, without any extra charges. These tickets will be valid, for the same route and the same company, for a limited period within which you must contact us to set the new date of your trip.

Ticket Loss: In case of ticket loss, passenger should purchase a new one in order to sail and report the loss to the company, mentioning the departure date, the route and the number of the lost ticket, as well as, the number of the new one (photocopy). Once it’s proved that the ticket has not been used, after a thorough search within the company’s database and within one month from the trip’s date, then the passenger is entitled to a new ticket of the same amount directly from the company.

Before you proceed, with issuance of Ferry Tickets to Greek Islands, it might be useful to know that there are some particular cases you might encounter issues with, for example:

• For some Greek ferries, you can not book ferry tickets for a trip, where the time margin between the date of the booking and the date of the departure is less than 8 days or you are interested in a special holiday period (ie: Easter, 1st of May etc.).
• In case the tickets you wish to book, concern different companies, you should make separate bookings, one for each company.
• The cabin/seat you have selected is not available. (What might be happening is that the system shows availability but at the same time someone else is trying to book the same accommodation/type of seat. If they complete their reservation before you and there are no more seats available, you will not be able to finalize your reservation).
• There is availability but our allotment for the specific departure has run out. (On most departures there is no limit regarding the number of tickets that we can issue as long as there is availability. Unfortunately for some specific departures there are some limitations. Usually we have a great allotment but in summer it is possible that our allotment runs out for a specific departure, in that case you should contact us, in order to book your greek ferries tickets off-line.)
• You try to book a special offer.

In these cases please feel free to contact us by e-mail or by phone and you will receive the best offer from our staff for the ferries you requested or for the next best solution we can offer.

Schedules and Availability: On Line booking system is automatically updated in real time with schedules and prices but displays only approved departures enabled for bookings. Departures under the status «approval waiting» are not shown. Schedules are being added gradually, usually 2-4 months in advance and are finalized during May. For example in February you might find some departures for the summer season· some more in March & April and during May, finally the complete timetables for the coming season will be finalized. Therefore if your search returns the message: «Itinerary Selection. No departures for this specific itinerary. Please select another itinerary or change your date of departure» just ignore it! Try again later, because this message describes the situation as mentioned above.

Confirm your Departure: Like all means of transportation, the ferries’ scheduled departures can change or even be cancelled due to imponderable factors (e.x: mechanical failure, weather conditions) or if the ferry company deems it is absolutely necessary.

We strongly recommend that passengers verify their own departure 24 hours prior to embarkation, to a local agent of the ferry company they are travelling with.

Having made several reservations (up to 4 or 5), Ferry Tickets to Greek Islands, you do not need to pay, i.e four different shipments one for each booking:

1. During the final step of the first booking in the question «How would you like to receive your tickets?», choose «Courier».
2. For all other reservations in the same question you answer «Filippis Tours head office».
3. Once you finalize all your bookings, send immediately an e-mail and providing all your booking numbers. We will send all tickets with a single shipment courier without paying separately for each reservation.
