Terms & Conditions

• The minimum age for drivers is 23 years old and at least 1 year holder of driving licence. The credit card is mandatory as guarantee even if the payment made by cash.
• Road Traffic Offences: All fines and any other consequences shall be borne by the renter.
• Personal accident insurance is optional payable directly by the client with daily cost of 1.50€ + VAT. Coverage of up to 2.935,00€ for drivers and passengers for total or partial disability.
• Rates include unlimited km or 100km per day, theft waiver, local taxes and VAT.

• The automobile insurance includes:

• Third party insurance
• Car Theft Protection
• Collision Damage Waiver Insurance(C.D.W):Collision damage waiver insurance means that Filippis rented vehicle is insured towards collision damages(material damages) also caused by the renter, but with an excess amount to pay. The Excess Amount for Collision is (CDW):

• 300€ for (category A & B)
• 450€ for (category C & D)
• 600€ for (category E)
• 750€ for (category H & L)
• 1.000€ for (category F)
• 1.500€ for (category G)

• No insurance coverage shall apply to:
• Damages caused to tires, windscreen, windows or the lower part of the car.
• Damages or theft of personal belongings kept in the car.
• Any incident inside the car during transport by ship or any other means.
• Any incident while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Accidents caused when the driver has not been declared in the rental contract.

• Racks, snow chains and baby cots are charged 3,50€ + VAT per day with a maximum of 10 days of use.
• Fuel is not included in prices.
• Free delivery and collection vehicles to ports and hotels in the city during office hours. From 21:00-08:00 there is an additional cost of 20 € + VAT.
• Delivery and collection of vehicles that are far from our stations are charged 0.40€ per km + VAT
• In the event of cancelling 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, no cancellation penalties will be incurred and the deposit will be returned. For any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date we will use the 25% as a penalty charge.
